The identifying information contained in the database for DPPs, which is authorized under section 560.404, Florida Statutes, is confidential and exempt from section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes, except that the identifying information in the database may be accessed by other DPPs to verify whether any are outstanding for a particular person and by the Office of Financial Regulation for the purpose of maintaining the database.
We do not sell or rent information to third parties for marketing programs or for any other purpose.
Limited distribution of personal information.
At the direction of a DPP (when the "Submit" button is clicked), the information provided to us will be processed through the FLADPP system and the appropriate response will returned to the DPP. All of the DPPs in our network operate under federal and/or state laws and regulations. FLADPP will treat information sent indirectly through a DPP in the same manner it treats the information submitted directly through the website.
